What we collect
When you fill in our enquiry form, we collect the information you give us: your first name, last name, work email address, and optionally your company name, organisation size, which programme you're interested in, and any message you add.
We also collect some technical information automatically when you visit the site, through Google Analytics. See the Cookies section below for details.
How we use your data
- To respond to your enquiry and get in touch about our training programmes
- To keep a record of enquiries for our own business purposes
- To understand how people use our website, so we can improve it
We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for anything beyond what's described here.
Who we share it with
When you submit the enquiry form, your details are sent to MailerLite, the email platform we use to manage enquiries and get back to you. MailerLite processes this data on our behalf. You can read MailerLite's privacy policy for details of how they handle data.
We don't share your information with anyone else, and we don't sell it.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use it, for example which pages are popular and how people find the site. Google Analytics sets cookies on your device to do this. These cookies collect information such as your approximate location, device type, and how you moved through the site. They don't identify you by name.

How long we keep your data
We keep enquiry data for as long as it's useful for the purpose it was collected, and then delete it. If you'd like your data deleted sooner, just email us and we'll action it.
