I was an early adopter of AI in enterprise, leading hands-on rollouts of tools including Copilot and ChatGPT across my teams, working with partners like Salesforce, Genesys and Oracle to build AI-enabled solutions that actually worked in practice. Not in theory. In real organisations, with real people, under real pressure.
